Habits that help leather last

Wipe leather down periodically with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and everyday buildup.

Keep the chair out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources where possible — both can dry out leather over time.

Avoid harsh cleaners, solvents, or generic “leather wipes” not designed for the specific leather type — ask our team before using any product you're unsure about.

Pay attention to how the chair reclines and swivels. A gradual change is often easier to address early than after it has been happening for a while.

2 Danes can inspect, clean, and condition Stressless leather recliners, and check the swivel and reclining functions.

2 Danes can look into whether a replacement part may be available through the factory if something appears broken.

2 Danes cannot guarantee a repair, restoration, or reupholstery outcome — some older parts may no longer be available, and the Tune-Up is not a warranty service.

If we determine the Tune-Up won't meaningfully improve your chair's condition, we'll tell you before doing any paid work.
